You will work in a friendly team, join a comprehensive training program, and contribute to community connectivity through daily customer interactions. Fixed term, part-time role with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 16 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer sales and service transactions.
• Manage high value transactions accurately (cash, cheques, credit cards, EFTPOS).
• Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
• Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Assist customers with mail and parcels lodgements and costs.
• Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
