Australia Post is seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer to support customers across Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe, Nedlands, Floreat and West Perth post offices. The role, permanent part-time, involves in-person service, up-selling, and handling mail and parcels with a friendly team.

You will manage cash and payments, conduct identity services like passport interviews, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
• Able to lift up to 16kg and stand for long periods.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and reliable team player.

Responsabilités

• Performing customer sales and service transactions with customers.
• Managing high value transactions accurately (cash, cheques, cards, EFTPOS).
• Conducting identity services transactions including Passport interviews.
• Upselling and cross-selling, merchandising and promotional activities.
• Assisting with mail and parcels lodgements and related costs.
• Building relationships by understanding customer needs and assisting with admin tasks.
