Job summary

Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a Group Reservations Agent to coordinate and manage group bookings—from corporate conferences to weddings and tour groups. You’ll ensure every detail is handled accurately from inquiry through to arrival, delivering a flawless guest experience.

You will liaise with sales, front office and events teams, input data into reservation systems, and monitor room allocations and cut-off dates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reservations from inquiry to departure.
• Liaise with sales, front office and events teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Input and maintain accurate booking data in reservation systems.
• Monitor room allocations, rates, contracts, and cut-off dates.
• Prepare rooming lists, reports and group arrivals.
• Handle special requests and last-minute adjustments professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, agents and stakeholders.
