Job summary

Pan Pacific Hotels Group's PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne is seeking a part-time Reservations Agent to assist guests through the reservations process, provide accurate information about our property, and ensure a smooth booking experience. The role reports to the Reservations Manager and suits individuals who enjoy hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training provided).
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Knowledge of Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Accurately process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the reservation system.
Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, seasonal offers, and hotel policies.
Ensure all guest details are recorded correctly and confidentially.
Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
