Job summary

The Child Development Clinic in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced part-time receptionist to join a friendly multidisciplinary paediatric team. The role is three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with potential for more days in the future.

• Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
• Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival.
• Manage appointments and billings.
• Support administration with letters/reports, patient emails and calls; manage diaries/schedules.
• Handle paperless patient records and communications.
