Norwest Kids Specialists, a paediatric clinic in Bella Vista, NSW, is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for casual/part-time work (2–4 days per week). You will greet families, manage appointments, answer calls, handle paperwork, and support clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow in a calm, patient-centered environment.

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Secretary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work some late nights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet children and families warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointments and coordinate schedules for specialists.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Handle patient paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Support doctors with admin tasks and coordinate with practitioners by phone or email.
• Scan, fax, and file documents; maintain confidentiality.
