Job summary

The seek.com.au clinic is seeking a friendly Part-Time Customer Service / Receptionist to join our busy team on a casual basis. Hours: Thursday, Friday 8.45am–5pm and Saturday 8.45am–4pm.

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, handling phone and in-person inquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and supporting payment processing while maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Confident using computers and booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries professionally.
• Book, confirm, reschedule and manage appointments.
• Make outbound calls to follow up enquiries, confirm bookings and encourage rebooking where appropriate.
• Welcome clients, manage check-ins and provide a positive reception experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
• Manage emails and general administrative tasks.
• Assist with payment processing and other reception duties.
• Liaise with clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and a professional clinic environment.
