Job summary

Okey Dokey Childhood Therapy is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our Bayswater clinic in Melbourne's outer east. You will provide friendly client reception, manage appointments, handle payments and support therapists with administrative tasks.

You will work as part of a collaborative admin team, using Cliniko and other web-based tools, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and high-quality customer service. Training provided and ongoing team support available.

Qualifications

• Previous medical reception experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidential handling of client information.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage enquiries and appointments.
• Answer calls and emails professionally.
• Process payments and Medicare rebates.
• Manage calendars for allied health team using Cliniko.
• Maintain client records and confidentiality.
• Support day-to-day operations and team communications.
