Job summary

Evolve Scientific is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Administrator in Brisbane to support the site engineering team. The role involves managing maintenance documentation, ensuring records are readily available and auditable, and coordinating with contractors.

Experience in administration is essential; SAP experience is desirable. The ability to work in a team and autonomously, strong attention to detail, and good communication are required. Casual on-going 2–3 days per week with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or a similar role is essential.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in teams and autonomously if required.
• Microsoft Office PC applications and an aptitude to operate area specific computer systems.
• Experience working with contractors and trades people is desirable.
