Job summary

Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a skilled planner or scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for Construction & Fabrication Activities within the maintenance team. You will align project and maintenance execution and drive transparency and efficiency across multiple workstreams.

Requirements include strong Primavera P6 and SAP experience, knowledge of maintenance integration, and a proactive approach to readiness across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You are a skilled planner or scheduler with strong P6 and SAP experience and understanding of maintenance integration.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading readiness activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP and Primavera P6 is essential; Power BI experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead activity placement and planning/readiness for C&FA, ensuring schedules align across projects and maintenance.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise Primavera P6 schedules, aligned with SAP and ensuring traceability of changes.
• Provide schedule oversight for Engineering & Construction contractors with accurate reporting.
• Drive transparency through Power BI reporting and contractor performance reviews.
• Support project gating, readiness, and integration of C&FA work into IAP processes.
