Job summary

Randstad is partner to a market-leading industrial manufacturing client seeking a Service & Maintenance Administrator in Brisbane Southside. The role offers a strong hourly rate and a clear path into a permanent package.

You will support workshop operations with documentation, data entry, logistics, and billing coordination. The position operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a modern workshop environment and ongoing safety protocols.

Qualifications

Administration background, workshop administration, or maintenance support experience.
High attention to detail when managing equipment serial numbers and logs.
Professional communication with workshop technicians, freight couriers, and management.

Responsibilities

Process end-to-end service documentation, work orders, and equipment repair logs from intake to dispatch.
Enter and track technical job data, maintenance records, and service sheets within SAP.
Process goods receipts for incoming service units and replacement tooling, matching delivery dockets to POs.
Assist with billing allocations for service jobs, ensuring accurate tracking of parts and labour.
Liaise between technicians, warehouse teams, and courier services to coordinate equipment freight and parts turnaround times.
Maintain safety and WHS compliance across workshop and office environments.
