Job summary

Mammoet Australia is seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the Maintenance department at our Naval Base, Perth office. You will manage maintenance work orders, coordinate service requests, and keep accurate documentation with ERP and MS Office tools.

Ideal candidates bring SAP experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while liaising with site personnel, contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a maintenance or workshop administrative support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience liaising with site personnel, contractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Maintenance department.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance work orders, service requests, and repairs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and data with accuracy.
• Support compliance planning and tracking requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for maintenance, workshop, and office inquiries.
• Maintain accurate site rosters within the workforce management system.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for maintenance personnel to site.
