Responsibilities

• Processing orders and updating information in SAP.
• Preparing despatch paperwork and maintaining shipment records.
• Coordinating freight bookings and delivery arrangements.
• Liaising with warehouse and production teams regarding order readiness.
• Following up outstanding orders and resolving delivery discrepancies.
• Responding to enquiries and providing general administration support.
