Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and despatch operations.
• Experience in despatch, warehouse administration or a similar role.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and coordination with internal teams and drivers.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Process despatch orders and update shipment information in SAP.
• Prepare and check despatch paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with drivers and transport providers.
• Work with warehouse team to ensure orders leave accurately and on time.
• Follow up on delivery queries and order discrepancies.
• Maintain records and provide despatch administration support.
