Job summary

CSR Springboard in Derrimut, VIC is seeking a DC Coordinator to oversee daily despatch activities, coordinate documentation, and ensure on-time deliveries. This role works closely with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to keep customers satisfied.

Mondays to Fridays, 6:00am to 2:00pm, on-site; brings strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving to a hands-on logistics environment. SAP experience and Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in despatch, logistics, or warehouse administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process despatch documentation for deliveries, stock transfers and pickups.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, carriers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Verify pick slips, load plans and proof-of-delivery for accuracy and compliance.
• Support inventory control and SAP goods receipt activities.
• Maintain transport records and safety/compliance documentation.
