Job summary

Sidekicker is seeking a Warehouse Administrator/Despatch Officer for an AM shift. The casual on-going roster offers Mon–Fri 8AM–4PM with a pay rate of $38.89 per hour plus super.

Key duties include despatch window management, customer service, Excel KPI reporting and SAP-based WMS tasks. Applicants must have valid police check, Australian working rights, and medical clearance before commencement.

Responsibilities

• Despatch window: manage transport bookings, process despatch and receiving paperwork, assist drivers.
• Customer service via email and phone queries.
• Excel-based reports for customer KPIs and invoicing.
• WMS activities using SAP.
