Job summary

Harvey Norman Fyshwick is seeking a passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team in delivering Great Service, Always!

In this role you will actively manage customer repairs and servicing, liaise with service agents and suppliers, and keep our service database up-to-date while providing outstanding customer service. A high-volume administration background is preferred, with strong communication and team skills.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused experience in a retail business.
• Experience in a high-volume administration role.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Actively manage customer repairs and servicing.
• Tag faulty products and liaise with service agents and suppliers.
• Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines.
• Process finance paperwork and admin duties.
• Run weekly reports for repairs and service jobs.
• Coordinate stock arrival and delivery as requested.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards.
