Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists Echuca Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for a part‑time role. You will be the welcoming face and voice, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and guiding customers through hearing solutions with our audiologists.

You will support customer service excellence, maintain accurate records, and assist with local marketing. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health or similar.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions, providing information about services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services in the community.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
