Bloom Hearing Specialists | Echuca Clinic is seeking a Part-time Customer Care Coordinator to welcome customers and coordinate appointments with our audiologists, ensuring professional, efficient interactions.

You will guide customers through devices, assist with admin tasks, and support local marketing while maintaining accurate records. 2+ years in customer service is required and CRM proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer service role in retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar.
• Strong computer literacy with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative and independent work mindset.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person, providing tailored information.
• Schedule appointments with audiologists for hearing assessments.
• Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service.
• Support local marketing initiatives for clinic services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide admin support.
