Bloom Hearing Specialists in Tewantin Clinic is seeking a casual Customer Care Coordinator to greet customers and support audiologists. You will manage inquiries, book appointments, and guide customers through hearing devices, while contributing to a friendly, professional clinic environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, solid CRM and scheduling skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach. Australian/New Zealand eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or a similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing tailored information about services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
