Bloom Hearing Specialists Rockhampton Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator. You will be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, working with customers, audiologists, and the team to ensure professional, efficient interactions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling hearing assessments, guiding clients through devices, resolving concerns, and supporting local marketing. Full training provided for repairs; Australian eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or a similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing tailored information about our services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
