Job summary

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for our Kingsgrove branch. This part-time role requires covering a fixed roster of 25.75 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11.00am to 4.00pm.

You will engage with customers to understand banking needs, assist with enquiries, and demonstrate in-branch and digital banking options to provide holistic solutions while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in relevant sector.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial terms clearly.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment and put customers first.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries and account maintenance and process applications for credit products.
• Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking.
• Problem solve and provide effective solutions while following processes and managing risk.
