Commonwealth Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Banking Specialist at the Liverpool branch. You will engage with customers to understand banking needs, assist with account maintenance and credit product applications, and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service experience in financial services or retail, with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Arabic language skills are desirable.

• Experience delivering customer service, ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
• Clear communication; ability to explain financial terms simply.
• Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions and keep customer at the centre.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
• Provide options through education & demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Problem solve and provide effective solutions whilst following processes and driving risk-aware culture.
