Commonwealth Bank in Glenelg is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist on a part-time basis to support customers with everyday banking needs. You will build relationships, guide customers through digital banking options, and connect them with specialists for more complex needs.

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and team to deliver outstanding service, manage transactions, and promote financial health through in-branch engagement and community involvement.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn and explain in-branch digital banking options.
• Experience working in a busy retail environment.
• Comfort referring customers to specialist team members.

Responsabilidades

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations.
• Help customers to use in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Ask about and respond to customers’ transactional needs in the branch.
• Perform interviews and process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products.
• Proactively call customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check.
• Adhere to the Bank’s processes and procedures, including reconciling transactions and reviewing customer financial positions.
