CommBank's Liverpool branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to support everyday banking needs for personal and small business customers. Part-time role with a predetermined 20-hour roster.

You will handle enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and assist customers with credit products, home loans and digital options, delivering friendly service while upholding our risk and compliance standards. Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
• Ability to ask the right questions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment while presenting holistic solutions.
• Genuine interest in building a career with CommBank; Arabic language skills desirable.

Responsabilités

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and credit product applications.
• Demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options to educate customers.
