You’ll engage with customers on how to use in-branch tech and digital banking, explain financial terms clearly, and ensure a high standard of service in a busy retail setting.

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial terms clearly.
