Job summary

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their banking needs (home loans, everyday banking, financial advice).
• Assist customers with enquiries, account maintenance and processing applications for credit products.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Contribute to a risk-aware culture and adhere to processes and procedures.
