Job summary

Sonova Group in Tuart Hill, WA is seeking a Client Care Representative for clinical administration, two days per week (Thu & Fri, 9:00 am–5:00 pm). You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and provide admin support to clinicians in a busy hearing clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face customer service and administration.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
• Provide administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Run day-to-day clinic operations efficiently.
• Learn and use a range of software and applications.
