Job summary

Bendigo Bank’s Community Bank Bicheno is hiring a part-time Customer Service Officer to join the team in Bicheno and Swansea. You will handle transactions, assist customers with digital banking, and guide them to the right specialists, while upholding risk controls.

This permanent, part-time role offers a fixed roster of 24 hours per fortnight across two days. We value friendly, proactive service, community involvement, and opportunities for training and career development through our Bendigo

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment and ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confidence to communicate with customers face to face and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions, inquiries and paperwork with a focus on accuracy and risk management.
• Educate customers on digital banking platforms and online services.
• Provide excellent service as the face of the branch and support colleagues in daily operations.
