Bendigo Bank Nanango branch is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to be the friendly face of our branch. You’ll help customers with transactions, explain online platforms and suggest products that fit their needs, all while keeping risk in mind.

In this high-impact role you’ll build connections with customers and colleagues, participate in training and development, and contribute to community banking goals that reinvest in local initiatives.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confident communication with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Banking experience is a plus but not essential.
