Bendigo Bank Community Bank Tambellup and Cranbrook is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to support branch operations, cash handling and customer conversations.

You’ll assist customers with transactions, online banking, and product recommendations, while building community ties. The role offers on-the-job training, a positive team culture, and flexible local hours across two WA towns.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
• Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
• Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
