Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the Community Bank Kincumber, NSW. This permanent, full-time role is based in Kincumber with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight. You will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, handling transactions with accuracy and a focus on risk management.

Experience in customer service is valued, and Banking knowledge is a plus. You’ll be part of a community-focused team, backed by Bendigo Bank’s learning resources and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
• Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
• Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential.
