Commonwealth Bank in Swan Hill is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our branch on a part-time basis. Roster: 15 hours per week (Mon, Tue, Fri 10:00am–3:00pm). You’ll assist customers with everyday banking in a welcoming, supportive environment.

You will build trusted relationships, promote digital options, handle basic lending and account duties, and work with the Branch Manager to deliver outstanding service.

Responsabilidades

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
• Help customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Address customers' transactional needs in the branch to ensure satisfaction
• Interview and process applications for personal loans, credit cards and related products
• Adhere to Bank processes, reconcile transactions and review customers' financial positions
• Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the team
• Capture customer feedback and drive improvement actions
