People First Bank in Mount Barker is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to welcome customers in branch and deliver high-quality service. This flexible part-time role supports our customers with transactional needs and digital services.

You’ll engage in meaningful conversations, build relationships, and collaborate with the team to help customers achieve their financial goals. Full training provided; rotating roster; 15–32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactional needs and enquiries, making it easy to bank with us
• Engage in quality, in-depth conversations to identify the right solutions for individual needs
• Build relationships to help customers achieve long-term financial goals and initiate referrals to lending specialists when appropriate
• Support customers in using digital services to enhance their banking experience
• Prioritise and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Navigate multiple systems and software programs
• Be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a successful branch environment
