People First Bank in Naracoorte is seeking a friendly Support Customer Service Consultant to be the face of our branch, delivering consistently high-quality service and helping customers with everyday banking needs.

This flexible part-time role offers 15 to 32 hours per week on a rotating roster, with opportunities to support other branches in our South/East Adelaide region. Full training provided to build confidence with digital services and new systems.

Qualifications

• Cash-handling experience
• Experience in customer service
• Willingness to learn new digital systems

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactional needs and inquiries to make banking easy for them
• Engage in in-depth conversations to identify solutions for customers' needs
• Build relationships with customers and refer to lending specialists when appropriate
• Support customers in using digital banking services to enhance their experience
• Prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Navigate multiple systems and software programs
• Be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a positive branch environment
