BankSA (Elizabeth branch) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a permanent part-time role. You will welcome customers, discuss their financial goals, and offer tailored banking solutions both in person and over the phone.

The role supports a 32.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with hours 9:00am to 4:15pm. No prior banking experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities to grow within BankSA and the broader Westpac network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on achieving targets.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable with sales activity and referring customers to banking products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the branch and understand their financial needs.
