Bank Australia Limited in Bendigo is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for a fixed-term, part-time role (22.6 hours/week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) until May 2027. You will provide exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone, assisting with deposits, online banking, and opening business accounts.

Qualifications

• Track record in excellent customer service
• Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
• Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to determine priorities and work under pressure

Responsabilités

• Providing exceptional customer service face to face and over the phone
• Assisting in developing long-term mutually rewarding relationships between the bank and customers
• Handling in-branch transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals
• Educating customers on benefits of online banking and using Bank Australia app
• Assisting in opening business accounts and promoting financial products
