CreditorWatch is seeking a part-time Customer Collections Specialist to support Collect Call Assist for CreditorWatch Collect. You will engage with customers to resolve overdue invoices and strengthen cash flow while acting as an extension of our clients' accounts receivable teams.

Based in Sydney CBD with hybrid arrangements, the role requires solid experience in accounts receivable, collections and strong communication skills, delivering professional service and data accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control.
• Strong communication and note-taking skills.
• Ability to manage disputes and complex account queries.
• Customer-centric approach with outcomes focus.
• Collaborative work across Product, Implementation, and Sales teams.

Aufgaben

• Conduct outbound collection calls and follow-up communications to recover invoices.
• Build professional relationships with debtors while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Accurately document call outcomes and payment commitments in internal systems.
• Identify and elevate disputes, billing issues and account queries.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to maximise collection outcomes.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates and insights for a high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation & Sales teams to improve processes.
• Provide feedback from customers to shape product and service enhancements.
• Contribute to ongoing development of Collect Call Assist service.
