Appreciating Talent is seeking two permanent Accounts Receivable Officers in Sydney to join busy finance teams. You will manage ledgers, process receipts, and handle queries by phone and email, while supporting month-end reconciliations and the wider team.

The role requires 3+ years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, and a confident, organised communicator in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work option available with a 3/2 WFH split.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Confident on the phone with a calm and friendly manner.
• Accurate, organised and comfortable in a busy role.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a customer ledger and following up overdue accounts.
• Receipt allocation and payment processing.
• Answering customer queries by phone and email.
• Account reconciliations.
• Supporting the wider finance team.
