Sharp & Carter is recruiting a permanent Credit Officer for their North Sydney team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, conduct debt collection, monitor aged debt and support month-end reporting.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, ensure policy compliance and seek process improvements to optimise cash collection. The role offers a balanced hybrid work arrangement with opportunities for career development.

Qualificações

• Experience handling end-to-end accounts receivable and credit tasks.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and the Accounts Receivable ledger.
• Conduct high-volume debt collection via phone and email.
• Monitor aged debt and overdue accounts and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate unallocated payments.
• Resolve customer billing, invoice and account queries.
• Issue customer statements and assist with invoice/credit note processing.
• Assist with credit assessments, credit limits and account management.
• Support month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Credit/AR.
