Job summary

Domain in Sydney seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage collection and credit escalation, resolving disputes while protecting revenue. You will support the National Credit Manager with reporting, projects, and process improvements.

A strong focus on customer service and stakeholder liaison is essential. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in AR, collections (including legal), and knowledge of Mercantile Agents, with tertiary finance qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high performing AR teams.
• Significant experience in Collections (including legal) - 5+ years.
• Working knowledge of Mercantile Agents principles.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Australian business structures.
• Effective problem solver and decision maker.
• Reporting and analysis knowledge in Zuora/Salesforce (desirable).
• Experience with business process outsourcing (preferred).
• Previous experience supporting AR process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve disputes and recover aged debt for Domain and its entities.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Act as the first escalation point to resolve disputes from internal/external customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service while adhering to AR processes.
• Coordinate tracking of customer payments and escalate unresolved disputes for resolution recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reporting on account disputes, bad debt write-offs, and analytics on key metrics.
