Job summary

CreditorWatch is seeking an AR Specialist to support Collect Call Assist, helping businesses resolve overdue invoices and strengthen cash flow. You will engage customers directly, follow up on payments, and navigate disputes in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

You will report to the Principal Product Manager in a part-time (4 days) hybrid role based at the Sydney CBD Office, collaborating with Product, Implementation and Sales to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections or credit control.
• Strong verbal communication and note-taking skills.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Experience handling customer disputes, escalations or complex account queries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound collection calls for CreditorWatch customers to recover invoices.
• Build professional relationships with debtors while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Accurately document call outcomes, payment commitments, disputes and account updates in internal systems.
• Identify and elevate disputes, billing issues and account queries to customers promptly.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, prioritising activities to maximise collection outcomes.
• Liaise closely with customers to provide updates and ensure a high-quality service experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation & Sales to improve processes and service delivery.
• Provide feedback and insights from customers and debtors to shape future product and service enhancements.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of CreditorWatch’s Collect Call Assist service.
