Job summary

G’day Group is seeking an experienced hospitality manager to oversee operations at the Moama West Discovery Parks. You will manage guest services, reservations, budgeting and team leadership to deliver outstanding experiences for permanent residents and holiday guests.

This role requires strong financial acumen, RMS proficiency, excellent communication, and willingness to work weekends and after hours in a regional NSW setting near Echuca and Moama.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality/accommodation management or related guest-focused operations.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Solid budgeting, financial oversight and revenue maximisation experience.
• Proficiency with RMS or similar reservations systems and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and after-hours callouts.
• Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
• Assist with budgeting and maximizing revenue.
• Deliver top-tier guest service and lead the team.
• Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new guests.
