Discovery Parks Group is seeking a capable Park Operations Manager to lead daily park operations in Dubbo. You will oversee guest check-ins, reservations, accounts, budgeting and drive revenue while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires hospitality management experience, people leadership, strong financial oversight, and familiarity with RMS or similar reservations systems. Weekend and after-hours availability is essential to support a busy park and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/accommodation management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven financial management and budgeting experience.
• Experience with reservations systems (RMS) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours.
