Job summary

Mercure Sydney Blacktown, part of the Accor group, seeks a Full Time Night Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. You will manage check-in/out, cashiering, and guest inquiries from 11pm to 7:30am, seven days a week.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail, with RSA and First Aid qualifications preferred or willing to obtain. Free parking is available at Western Sydney location.

• Be analytical with attention to detail.
• Assist Guest Service Manager and General Manager with checks and balances.
