Job summary

Accor is seeking a Night Manager to join the team at Ibis Styles Sydney Central in Sydney CBD. This full-time nocturnal leadership role focuses on safe, smooth overnight operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have Night Audit experience, strong cash handling, and a calm, proactive approach to problem solving. You’ll work with a dynamic team to maintain service standards and security all night.

Qualifications

• Night Audit experience in hotel industry.
• Guest-focused approach with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and quick thinking for nightly operations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly reconciliation of trading, reports and auditing procedures.
• Provide efficient guest services including check in/out and information.
• Settle guest accounts and ensure accurate cashiering.
• Maintain strict security procedures for guest confidentiality and safety.
• Uphold the hotels standard of professionalism.
• Be analytical with a keen eye for detail.
