Qualifications

• Front Office or Night Audit experience in a hotel, ideally luxury.
• Proficiency in cash handling and banking.
• Experience leading a team overnight with limited senior support.
• Excellent written and spoken English; RSA & First Aid certification.
• Available for overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night: run a safe, secure overnight operation across Front Office, lobby, portering and in-room dining.
• Oversee night audit in Opera PMS and balance transactions on time.
• Handle overbookings, incidents, and complaints with sound judgement.
• Be the face of the hotel after hours, greet guests, inspect areas, maintain standards.
• Develop and coach night team members and hand over to day team.
