Job summary

Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Night Manager to lead the hotel's overnight operation, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety and security of the property.

You will manage guest check-in/out, settle accounts, uphold hotel standards, assist with checks and balances, and support breakfast service on a 11pm–7:30am roster across seven days. RSA/First Aid qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and solve problems quickly.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient guest services including check in/out and information.
• Settle and maintain guest accounts with accurate cashiering.
• Maintain security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
• Uphold the hotel’s standard of professionalism.
• Be analytical with an eye for detail.
• Assist Guest Service Manager and General Manager with checks and balances.
• Prepare and deliver food from the all-day dining and café as required.
• Assist with morning breakfast setup and guest needs.
