Job summary

TeamKids is the premium OSHC provider in Australia, inviting enthusiastic Educators to join our Outer North team in Beveridge. This casual role offers varied shifts before/after school and during holidays, with a supportive team to help you grow in the OSHC space.

You’ll need a genuine interest in working with children, strong communication, and a commitment to safety. We provide on‑the‑job coaching, in‑house training, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT).
• Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or working towards it).
• National Child Safety Training to be completed before commencing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in OSHC.
• Engage children aged 5–12 through exciting activities during before/after school care and holidays.
• Contribute to a safe, caring environment and support daily routines.

Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

The Role - Casual Educator

This is a rolewhere no two days are the same! Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children's lives.

Location: Beveridge

Shifts available between:

• 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
• 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
• Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

• Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can help you grow your skills!
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

You’ll need (or be willing to get):

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
• Has a Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) - Visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications
• As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
