Job summary

TeamKids is hiring Casual Educators in NSW North for our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program. Location: Ryde and surrounding suburbs. Shifts include 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care) and 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care), with optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays.

Join a supportive team to gain valuable OSHC experience and make a positive impact on children’s lives. Ideally you’ll have a WWCC and an ACECQA approved qualification, and be ready to complete National Child Safety

The Role - Casual Educator

This is a rolewhere no two days are the same! Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children’s lives.

Location: Ryde and surrounding suburbs

Shifts available:

• 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
• 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)

About You

• Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can help you grow your skills!
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

You’ll need (or be willing to get):

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)

• As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
